Change of Mind Returns

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items provided that:

• The product is unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
• The item has not been slept on or damaged.
• All original packaging is included wherever possible.

For Change of Mind returns:

• Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important Note for New Zealand Customers

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable New Zealand consumer laws. Where required by law, eligible customers will be entitled to remedies for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Washing and caring of fabric varies and depends upon the composition of fabric and its thread count. However, we have set a basic guideline when it’s comes to washing and caring of our Linen range.

It is recommended to wash this item separately after first use. Turn the item inside out before putting into the washing machine.

Try to use the detergent that is free from Optical Brightening Agents (OBAs) because it could distort the fabric quality.

Do not soak or bleach. Always, rinse well and spin at normal speed. Do not tumble dry and use warm iron if required.

In case of Dark spots or stains?

Our advice is to clean any spots or stains as quickly as possible after they appear, although we understand etiquette might sometimes prevent this. Try to not spiritedly scrub the spots away, but rather to gently soak, wash or blot it out, this process can be repeated until optimum results are obtained.

It is easier to remove stains from natural as opposed to synthetic fabrics because the natural fibres are living and more accepting of attention. Once a stain is truly set, however, it is often difficult to remove.

What water temperature is best?

We recommend giving your Linen a gentle machine wash at 40 degrees. The warm water temperature setting is more effective at removing dirt and natural body oils and more importantly in removing chemical residue of the detergents from the fabric.

• Detergent residue will deteriorate the fabric fibres if they are not rinsed out properly

Tumble-dry the Linen?

Air drying is best for the long life of the Linen but can sometimes leave the fabric feeling a bit stiff to the touch. If you plan to air dry, 10-12 minutes on medium heat in the dryer before you hang them out to dry helps to re-orient the fibres after washing and leaves a soft finish on the surface of the fabric.

How about ironing and dry cleaning?

Always iron your Linen on a warm setting and iron on the reverse side if there is a print or design on the item.

Linen can be dry cleaned as well.
