Orders will be dispatched via Sendle Australia, Couriers Please or Australia Post based on delivery address.

All orders will be delivered via using registered post and tracking details will be shared as well.

7 DAY RETURNS: All stocked items (excluding hygiene sensitive items) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Free Return shipping - Free for orders above $99.99 Aud, and return shipping label will be issued by us. Otherwise, return shipping cost $9.99 will be charged and will be deducted from refund amount.

Customers also have the choice to arrange the return at their own cost and share tracking details with us, and we will credit full order amount in that case.

  1. Do I have to return the Products in their original Packaging?

  1. Can I return the Bed Sheets that has been washed?
